ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION
SCHOOL FEES
The School fees must be deposited by the 10th of every month.
The fees can be deposited Online, through School App / School Web Portal or in School Office.
In case the Online Mode is used, the parents must send the receipt to the Class Teacher / School Official
number immediately.
If the parents prefer to deposit the fees in school office, they must do the same personally.
No amount / cheque for school fees should be given to any school employee.
School will not be responsible for any loss if the school fees is sent through the student / any school employee.
Parents are required to pay annual charges in the month of July.
Students of classes X and XII must clear all school dues before the date of issue of Admit Card for CBSE
Examination.
WITHDRAWAL FROM SCHOOL
In case the parents wish to withdraw their ward from the school, an application in writing (duly signed by
both the parents), must be submitted in the school office, for the issue of Transfer Certificate (TC), one month
in advance.
School fees and other charges have to be paid till the date of submission of application for withdrawal.
ISSUE OF TRANSFER CERTIFICATE
The Certificate will be issued after 2 days of submitting the application.
Transfer Certificate should be applied & collected within 15 days of leaving the school. Thereafter, no such
document will be issued.
Transfer Certificate will be released only after the clearance of all school dues.
